Refund policy

 

At BachpanSathi.com, we specialize in providing customized and made-to-order school stationery products, and due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no refund policy, meaning no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances once an order is confirmed, processed, or dispatched. We only provide replacement strictly in cases where the product delivered is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and submitting a complete unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening) along with clear images of the issue, as this is mandatory evidence for validation; complaints without proper proof will not be considered. The product must be completely unused, without any marks, scratches, or alterations, and must be returned in its original condition with all packaging materials, labels, accessories, and invoice intact, failing which the replacement request will be rejected. As all products are customized or printed as per customer inputs, we strictly do not accept requests for replacement or return due to reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, spelling mistakes approved at the time of order, design preferences, or slight variations in color, print, size, or finish that may occur due to screen display differences or production limitations. Once the issue is verified and approved by our quality team, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product; however, this is subject to product availability, and in cases where the exact item is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a similar product of equal value without any additional compensation. Requests raised after the 48-hour window will be automatically declined without exception. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing, and once dispatched, cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. BachpanSathi.com reserves the absolute right to inspect returned items, determine the authenticity of claims, and reject any request that does not meet the above conditions or is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or made with malicious intent, and our decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
